I maintain the right to decline any commission without a reason given.

You need to be 18 years or older to commission me.

I reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as I see fit and your continued use of my service will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. Any changes made do not affect commissions that were taken prior to said changes.

All prices are estimates and may change depending on the commissioner's wishes, complexity of the character, setting, etc.

Quotes can be requested at any time and are viable for 30 days. For quotes, please DM me on Twitter (@tollewut) or email me at [email protected]. Replies might take up to 48 hours!

Commissions are open unless stated otherwise. I do not reserve commission slots, nor do I have a waiting list.

All commission requests need to be written in English or German.

Please provide a visual reference of your character. If no visual reference is available, an additional fee will be charged. (This fee varies and depends on your character’s complexity)

All prices are in EURO and have to be paid through Paypal. Please include your paypal address in your commission inquiry so I can send you an invoice.

Invoices are due within 48 hours unless agreed otherwise.

All commissions will be started after full payment is received.

Payment plans can be requested for commissions starting at 150€. However, I am not obliged to agree to Payment plans if I don’t feel comfortable/ familiar with the customer.

I am free to cancel any commission at any point. The customer will be refunded fully, regardless of whether I started the commission or not.

As soon as I received payment, the commissioner can no longer ask to cancel the commission, unless of course I fail(ed) to deliver the commission within the agreed turnaround time.

Chargebacks will automatically result in being blocked and banned from further engaging in any kind of business with me.

Turnaround times for all commissions are assumed to be 3 Months/ 90 days max, unless otherwise agreed on. If your commission exceeds this timespan you’re free to decide if you’d like to wait longer or if you’d prefer a full refund of your commission. This includes commissions that you have already seen a work in progress of.

Commissions with deadlines are accepted, given that the deadline is not sooner than 14 days after the payment date. I also charge a 20% fee for commissions with deadlines under 30 days.

Commission list doesn't reflect queue/work order. For creative purposes I alternate between the pieces. Commissions that have deadlines will be prioritised.

I hold the rights to all my art. I am free to use my work for commercial purposes. I will not sell prints/merch with your character(s) on it, but I am allowed to use my art featuring your character to further advertise my business.

The customer is permitted to use the commissioned artwork for all personal, non profitable use.

By default all commercial use of my work is prohibited. This also includes premade character designs and custom character designs.
